We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, with plenty of opportunities for skiing in nearby resorts. The hotel offers a ski pass vendor and even assistance with tours and tickets, making it convenient to explore the area. Our room was well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a terrace. We also appreciated the in-room safe and free toiletries provided. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. The spa lounge offered a relaxing atmosphere, and the treatments available, such as body wraps and massages, were top-notch. We also made use of the sun terrace and heated swimming pool, which were great additions to our stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and parking were much appreciated.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of transportation options. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the swimming pool and kid's playroom. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel's location is a plus, as there are various attractions nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner options were exceptional. the spa area was high-level and included facilities such as the sauna, swimming pool, and wellness & SPA. the hotel staff was friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy.
There was a lack of attention to details in providing some basic amenities. For example, some guests expected to be provided with slippers, which weren't available.

the room was clean and comfortable, and the sauna, pool and wellness area were spectacular. the breakfast and dinners were delicious, and the staff was friendly and spoke English fluently. the hotel was perfectly located with a nice view of the mountains, and it had attractively nearby ski resorts for those who like skiing. What I enjoyed the most was the amazing playroom and swimming pool for children!
There were few things I didn't appreciate about this hotel. they didn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair conditioners or slippers - which you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

What I liked about this hotel is the beautiful view of the mountains outside my window. I also enjoyed the sauna and spa facilities which helped me relax after a full day of activities. The location of the hotel was very convenient, it was easily accessible by public transportation and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The furniture and decor looked like it was from the 70s and it felt like it needed an upgrade. Another thing that bothered me is the lack of toiletries in the room.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
